To apply for EMT - Basic, Intermediate and Paramedic you must have current State of Ohio EMT certification. Please come to the office to complete an application

and obtain more details. Bring all of your current certification cards, copy of CPR and ACLS where applicable. Also bring a photo ID and your current Ohio Driver's

License. Office hours are 7 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

To apply for Ambulette (wheelchair van) attendant you must have First Aid and CPR training. You will also be required to complete an in-house

Passenger Assistance Training provided by Mid-Ohio Ambulance. There is no cost for the training to applicants. You will also be required to

complete ride time in an Ambulette
